Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service | Inside Sales role based in Bengaluru South. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with property searches, and explaining NoBroker.com’s services and subscription plans.

The individual will guide property owners, tenants, and buyers through the platform, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth end-to-end experience.



Daily responsibilities include maintaining high service standards, updating customer records, following up on leads, and working closely with sales and operations teams to drive conversions. The role requires meeting performance targets while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills including Customer Service and Customer Support, with a focus on clear communication and responsiveness.
- Ability to enhance Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction through solution-oriented interactions and timely issue resolution.
- Qualified Phone Etiquette and confidence in handling high call volumes and diverse customer profiles.
- Good spoken and written communication skills in English; proficiency in regional languages is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced sales environment with target-driven responsibilities and basic computer/CRM proficiency.
- Prior experience in inside sales, contact center, or real estate services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, with flexibility for extended hours when required and a strong customer-first mindset.
