- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.

Required Candidate profile-
- Freshers/Experience all are eligible.
- Undergrads/Grads all can apply.
- Must be comfortable with rotational shifts.
- Must be comfortable with English





SALARY- BETWEEN 16K- 18K CTC FOR FRESHERS + BONUS

BETWEEN 19K- 20K CTC FOR EXPERIENCED + BONUS

WORKING DAYS- 6
