Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through international chat support.

- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer concerns.

- Maintain excellent customer service and professional communication.

- Understand customer requirements and resolve queries effectively.

- Follow process, quality and performance guidelines.

- Maintain productivity and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in International Customer Service/Chat Support.

- Excellent communication skills, especially written English.

- Valuable typing speed and accuracy.

- Versant Score: 54+

- Typing Speed: 25–85 WPM

- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

- Comfortable working from office in Gurgaon.
