Position Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive who will play an important role in ensuring a positive customer experience and supporting the day-to-day operations of the organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable working with technology, and be able to effectively handle customer interactions, scheduling, administrative tasks, and coordination with internal teams.

Job Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional, and positive experience.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, co-workers, and team members.

- Answer phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide timely assistance.

- Handle customer concerns and questions professionally and escalate issues when required.

- Schedule and coordinate customer appointments efficiently.

- Maintain accurate customer information, records, and documentation.

- Assist with billing-related tasks and ensure customer account details are accurate.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

- Use company software, systems, and other technology tools to manage customer information, scheduling, and administrative tasks.

- Learn and adapt to new software, systems, and technology as required.





- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and internal teams.

- Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualities

- Previous experience in customer service, front desk, administration, or a similar role is preferred.

- Candidates who are freshers with strong communication skills and good technical aptitude are also encouraged to apply.

- Ability to remain calm and skilled while handling customer questions or concerns.

- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
