Role & responsibilities
Conducts survey to identify potential clients in the assigned operational geography
Assists Branch Head in finding current business location though area survey
Assists BH in setting up new branch
Fills up loan documents (pronote, mutual agreement, loan repayment book, centre attendance register) ready before time of loan disbursement
Assists Branch Head in disbursement and loan processing fee collection
Collects repayment amount as per due schedule
Deposits all CSRs collected repayment amount in the bank every day in the first half
Follows up with overdue customers and collects overdue
Makes repayment and overdue collection data entry in MIS
