Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Handle inbound enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Maintain accurate records of reporting, follow-ups, and bookings
- Provide regular reporting and updates on calls and results to the reporting manager
- Convert calls to bookings and ensure high customer satisfaction.
