nthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Sales Staff to join our Sports Retail team. The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products and supporting sales activities inside the store.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in the store.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, benefits and usage to customers.
- Support customers in selecting the right sports products.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain proper product display and store presentation.
- Ensure products are available and properly arranged on the sales floor.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Support billing and other store activities when required.
- Maintain a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with the store team for smooth day-to-day operations.

Candidate Requirements




- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service or store operations.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Age: 18–30 years.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and positive attitude.
- Comfortable working in a retail/store workplace.
- Interest in sports, fitness or sports products will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts and weekends.
