Role Description

This is a full-time in office role located in Delhi, India for a Customer Service Sales Specialist. The Customer Service Sales Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction,



maintaining professional phone etiquette, and enhancing customer experience. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting the company's products.

Qualifications

- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in Customer Experience and Phone Etiquette
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Experience in the adhesive or sealant industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
