Role Description This full-time, on-site Customer Representative role is based in Noida.

The Customer

Representative will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, providing accurate information about products and services, and escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when needed. The role involves maintaining detailed records of interactions, following standard procedures,



and contributing feedback to improve customer service processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication abilities for clear and empathetic interactions.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience management.
- Ability to handle high volumes of queries with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfort working in office in Noida and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and standard office software.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any field is an advantage.
