Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Drive local market development and sales promotion activities.
- Manage dealer, contractor, and distributor relationships.
- Expand network coverage and improve product placement.
- Coordinate with channel partners for business growth and commercial activities.
- Conduct regular market visits and maintain customer engagement.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market developments.
- Promote range selling and improve product mix across assigned accounts
Eligibility
- Any Graduate
- 0.6 + yrs Experience
- Age :Max upto 25 Yrs only
- NP: 0 TO 15 day
- Exp in Paint industry / Building material industry / Adhesive industry preferred
- Robust communication and relationship management skills.
