Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) – BlackBuck

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to join the BlackBuck team in Surat. The role involves meeting truck owners and fleet operators, understanding their requirements,



and selling BlackBuck’s trucking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Visit truck owners and fleet operators on a daily basis.

Generate new customers and build strong relationships.

Promote and sell FASTag, GPS, Fuel Solutions and other BlackBuck products.

Explain product features, pricing and perks to customers.

Complete customer KYC and onboarding processes.

Follow up with customers and provide basic service support.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Maintain regular reporting and update the team on field activities.

Requirements

Experience: 1+ year in sales/field sales preferred.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable with field work and customer meetings.

Basic smartphone/app knowledge.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Freshers with strong communication and sales interest can also be considered.

Compensation

CTC: upto 4Lpa

Fixed Salary:

Incentives: based on performance
