We are looking for an experienced CRM to manage the complete customer lifecycle from booking to possession and post-handover. The role will focus on delivering excellent customer experience, coordinating with internal teams, managing collections and documentation, and ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and escalations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships from booking to possession and post-handover.
- Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, Projects, and other internal teams.
- Handle customer queries, escalations, payment follow-ups, and documentation.
- Track agreements, registrations, demand letters, collections, and possession milestones.
- Maintain accurate customer records and reports in CRM systems.
- Coordinate possession, handover, snag-list, and post-possession activities.
- Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines and company SOPs.
- Lead and guide the CRM team, where applicable.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Real Estate CRM / Customer Relations / Post-Sales.
- Strong knowledge of the booking-to-possession lifecycle.
- Valuable understanding of RERA and real estate documentation.
- Excellent communication, customer handling, and escalation management skills.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel.
