Job Summary

We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) who will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction, handling queries and complaints, coordinating post-sales services, and following up for timely payment collection.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a polite and professional approach, strong follow-up abilities, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain solid relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure all client requirements and commitments are properly followed up after order placement.
- Coordinate with clients from the time of order confirmation until completion and payment collection.
- Provide effective after-sales service and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Regularly communicate with clients and obtain genuine feedback regarding their experience.
- Understand client queries, concerns, and requirements and ensure timely resolution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client complaints and escalate issues to the concerned department when required.
- Coordinate internally with relevant teams to resolve client-related issues efficiently.
- Provide clients with necessary information and support regarding company products and services.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding pending requirements, services, documentation, and payments.
- Maintain proper records of client communication, complaints, feedback, and follow-ups.




- Proactively identify potential client concerns and take corrective action before they escalate.
- Support the company in improving client retention and building long-term relationships.
- Be available on calls and respond to important client requirements promptly.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
