We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The role involves engaging with potential clients and generating qualified leads.
Role & responsibilities
- Handle client calls, emails, and messages professionally and promptly
- Coordinate with buyers and internal teams to ensure seamless operations
- Deliver excellent customer support and service coordination.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
- Maintain and update lead database using CRM tools
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
Preferred candidate profile
- Languages Required - English + Hindi
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Prior experience in customer service/BPO is an added advantage.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp product/service knowledge.
