Eurolink Technologies is looking for a motivated and people-oriented Customer Relationship Executive Intern to join our team.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates who enjoy communicating with people, building relationships, and helping customers. The selected candidate will get hands-on experience in customer relationship management, client communication, follow-ups, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers and understand their requirements.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Provide customers with relevant information about our services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries.
- Maintain customer records and update follow-up details.
- Assist in customer onboarding and relationship management.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
- Support the team in achieving customer engagement and business goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and friendly personality.




- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
