Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our jewellery showroom. The CRE will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, handling enquiries, following up with leads, supporting sales activities, and ensuring an excellent customer experience before and after purchase.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide a warm, skilled showroom experience.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team to assist them.
- Follow up with existing customers, enquiries, leads, and prospective buyers.
- Maintain customer databases and update customer information regularly.
- Inform customers about new jewellery collections, offers, events, and promotions.
- Make follow-up calls for quotations, appointments, purchases,



and special occasions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate customer appointments and showroom visits.
- Collect customer feedback and resolve basic customer concerns professionally.
- Support customer retention, referral, and loyalty activities.
- Coordinate with sales, billing, marketing, and management teams when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and business information.
- Achieve assigned customer engagement and follow-up targets.
