9. Hands on experience of handling the customer quality of MISL, SMG, TATA Motors, M&M;, Hyundai.
10. Hands on experience on Control plan, PFD, FMEA, SPC, MSA and automotive core tools.
11. Good exposure of warranty claims and their analysis
12. MIS Data preparation for management review
13. Must have good knowledge of 7QC tools , FTA & other analysis tools
14.
Investigate quality problems affecting operations and share recommending solutions
15. Manage quality documentation required.
16. Analyze and improve defects on the line, conduct RCAs with CFT and initiate improvement actions
17. Exposure of CARV process and its documentation
18. Good knowledge of assembly & machining, materials & its properties, inspection & testing.
19. Must understand drawings and technical information on them
