Timings: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Snackible is building a new-age snacking brand where cravings aren’t the problem, bad choices are. From better-for-you chips to protein-first snacks, we’re rethinking everyday munching.

Now, we’re looking for someone who can own how we interact with our consumers across every touchpoint.

About the role:

This is not a typical customer support role.

You’ll be responsible for engaging with consumers, managing conversations, and building a strong community around the brand.

What you’ll do:

● Be the first point of interaction across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, calls, and marketplaces

● Respond to queries, feedback, and complaints in a human, brand-aligned way

● Build and manage customer communities (WhatsApp, social, etc.)

● Drive engagement through conversations and participation-led formats

● Capture and manage inbound leads and route them to relevant teams

● Conduct outbound calls/messages for feedback, follow-ups, and engagement

● Run customer feedback loops (calls, surveys, focus groups)





● Identify patterns in customer behaviour and share insights internally

● Work closely with marketing, ops, and product to close the loop

What we’re looking for:

● Freshers with an interest in consumer experience, community, or engagement roles

● Strong communication skills (written + verbal)

● Comfortable handling calls + chats daily

● High ownership mindset and strong follow-through

● Ability to handle fast-paced environments without losing clarity

Bonus:

● Experience in D2C, FMCG, or startup environments

● Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp, or community platforms
