We are looking for a Customer Relations Executive (CRE) to join our jewellery retail store at MG Road, Ernakulam.

The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, handling customer interactions, and supporting front and back-office activities as required.

Requirements

- Positive and customer-focused approach towards customer relations
- Good communication skills and basic language handling in English, Hindi & Malayalam
- Willingness to work in both front office and back office as and when required
- Good interpersonal skills and professional attitude
- Freshers with any degree are welcome to apply

Salary & Perks
- ₹12,000/month – Basic candidate
- ₹15,000/month – Upgraded candidate
- ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month – Experienced candidates
- ₹3,000 additional accommodation allowance for candidates from other districts

Preferred Candidate Candidates who are confident, customer-friendly, well-mannered, and willing to learn are preferred.
