Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day customer operations and client coordination.
- Act as a point of contact for hospitals and healthcare clients.
- Understand customer queries, operational requirements and concerns.
- Coordinate with Product, Implementation, Technical and Support teams for timely issue resolution.
- Assist customers with HIMS/HMIS-related operational queries.
- Track customer issues and ensure timely follow-ups and closure.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Support customers during system adoption and operational activities.
- Maintain customer records, issue trackers, reports and other required documentation.




- Collect customer feedback and communicate requirements to relevant internal teams.
- Ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience throughout the service lifecycle.
