1. Handle after-sales customer engagement and build strong customer relationships.
2. Coordinate Order-to-Cash (O2C) activities from order receipt to closure.
3. Process and monitor customer orders accurately and timely.
4. Follow up with customers regarding orders, dispatches, documentation, and payments.
5. Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Dispatch, Logistics, and other internal teams.
6. Track pending orders and ensure timely order execution and closure.
7. Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate for payment realization.
8. Handle customer queries and resolve routine order/payment-related issues.
9. Maintain customer and order details in CRM/ERP systems and prepare basic reports.
10. Support smooth after-sales service for customers across domestic and international markets.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
