Customer Communication Specialist – Herbal & Nutraceuticals

About the Role

We are seeking an articulate, knowledgeable Diet Expert / Nutritionist / Health Coach to join our team as a Nutraceutical Product Specialist. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between our manufacturing expertise and our customers, guiding clients on product selection, usage, dietary synergy, and wellness routines.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Guidance: Communicate directly with customers via phone, email, and chat to explain product benefits, ingredients, and usage instructions for our herbal and nutraceutical range.
- Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio, active botanicals, dietary supplements, and their health applications.
- Nutritional Support: Offer personalized diet advice, health coaching,



and wellness guidance tailored to customer inquiries and product protocols.
- Feedback & Resolution: Address customer queries, handle product-related feedback professionally, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Education: Degree or certification in Nutrition, Dietetics, Herbal Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge Base: Solid foundational understanding of dietary supplements, herbal formulations, and general wellness.
- Locality: Candidates based in or able to commute easily to the Bhauwala / Ramsawala (Dehradun) area.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
