Position: Customer Care Executive (Tele Caller)

Location: Siliguri, West Bengal

Qualification: Graduate

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month (Based on experience)

Languages Required: Bengali, Hindi, English, Nepali (Optonal)

Basic computer knowledge required

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
- Provide detailed information about the clinic’s audiology services, including hearing tests, hearing aids, and follow-up care.
- Respond to patient inquiries and address their concerns or questions effectively.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations.
- Follow up with patients regarding treatment plans and upcoming appointments.
- Update and maintain patient records in the clinic's database with accuracy.
- Keep track of call logs, patient feedback, and queries.
