Job Title: Customer Care Executive Intern / Telecalling Intern

Location: Vasai East (Work from Office)

Stipend: ₹10,000 per month (or as per company policy)

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer queries professionally and resolve basic issues.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and service requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update data in Excel or CRM.
- Perform basic computer operations, including MS Excel, MS Word, and email handling.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer support and issue resolution.
- Maintain call logs and prepare daily reports.

Requirements:
- Positive communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
- Comfortable with telecalling and customer interaction.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good interpersonal skills.
- Freshers are welcome.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday Work Mode: Work from Office

Location: Vasai East

Pay: ₹9,784.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
