About Dutees

Dutees is looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our Tirupur office. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, confident in communication, comfortable handling calls and messages, and capable of coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

This is an office-based role involving regular interaction with customers through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information regarding products, orders, availability, delivery, and other queries.
- Follow up with customers on enquiries, orders, pending information, and service requests.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Dispatch, Accounts, and other internal teams to resolve customer requirements.
- Ensure customer complaints and issues are properly recorded and followed up until resolution.
- Educate customers on the company's process for raising support tickets when required.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, enquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
- Update CRM and other internal systems accurately.
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers.





Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Care, Customer Support, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Hindi communication will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of computers, email, WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
- Patient, polite, and professional while handling customers.

- Apparel / Garment / Textile industry
- E-commerce or retail customer support
- B2B customer service
- Order management

- Customer relationship management

What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is responsible, customer-friendly, proactive, and willing to take ownership.

The right candidate should not simply answer customer calls but should be able to understand the customer's requirement, coordinate internally, follow up properly, and ensure that the issue or requirement reaches the right resolution.
