Summary

As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance.

Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain 3DEXPERIENCE and ENOVIA platforms across Development, QA/UAT, and Production environments.

Perform environment setup, configuration, maintenance, and platform monitoring.

Manage users, roles, licenses, organizations, access, and security.

Troubleshoot platform, application, connectivity, and performance-related issues.

Provide production support, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis.

Support production releases, deployments, upgrades, patches, and hotfixes.





Manage and support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

Monitor platform health, performance, availability, and capacity.

Work with infrastructure, database, engineering, and business teams to resolve technical issues.

Support SQL Server activities, including queries, troubleshooting, and database-related validations.

Maintain environment configurations, technical documentation, and deployment procedures.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Valuable experience in 3DEXPERIENCE / ENOVIA Administration or PLM Infrastructure.

Strong Hands-on Experience With 3DEXPERIENCE Platform Administration.

Good experience in ENOVIA Administration.

Experience in environment setup, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.

Strong knowledge of user, role, license, and security management.

Experience with production support, upgrades, patching, and release management.

Knowledge of SQL Server / SQL.

Exposure to CI/CD and deployment automation.

Good understanding of performance monitoring and infrastructure support.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 4–7 years of experience in 3DEXPERIENCE / ENOVIA Administration or PLM Infrastructure.
- Experience supporting large-scale PLM/Engineering environments.
- Exposure to scripting/automation such as PowerShell or Python.
- Knowledge of high availability, backup/recovery, and disaster recovery concepts.
- Experience working in ITIL/Agile production support environments.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
