- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables are met with quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft BOT Framework.
- Experience in designing and implementing conversational user interfaces.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to integrate BOT Framework solutions with various backend services and APIs.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and deploying BOT applications in cloud environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable software design.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft BOT Framework.
