Qualifications

- Ability to work with Curriculum and Curriculum Development concepts to structure professional histories and qualifications in a clear, logical manner.
- Proficiency in Instructional Design to organize information in CVs that highlights learning outcomes, skills development, and career progression.
- Strong Writing skills to produce concise, accurate, and engaging CV content tailored to diverse roles and industries.
- Solid Research capabilities to identify role-specific keywords, industry expectations, and best practices for CV optimization.
- Excellent attention to detail, grammar, and formatting standards for professional documents.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, ask clarifying questions, and translate complex experience into clear statements.
- Comfort working in office in Lalkuan and collaborating with a small, service-oriented team.
- Previous experience in career services, HR, recruitment, writing, or related fields is an advantage.
