About CognitiveView

CognitiveView is building an AI Governance & Assurance platform helping enterprises safely deploy and manage AI across regulated and high-risk environments.

We’re looking for a CTO & Head of Product who can own both Product and Technology and help us take CognitiveView to the next stage.

This is a builder role , not simply an engineering management position.

What you’ll own

- Product Strategy — Own the product vision, roadmap, priorities and customer-driven product development.
- Platform R&D; — Lead architecture, engineering, AI capabilities, scalability, security and technical direction.
- Customer Discovery — Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their AI, risk, security and compliance challenges and turn those insights into products.
- AI + Cyber + GRC — Shape capabilities across AI governance, AI assurance, AI security, risk, compliance, evaluation and monitoring.
- Team & Execution — Build and lead a high-performing product and engineering organization and establish a strong product development culture.

What we’re looking for

Must have:

- Proven experience building and launching enterprise software products
- Strong product development experience — this is essential
- Experience leading engineering/product teams




- Strong software architecture and technical decision-making skills
- Ability to translate customer problems into scalable products
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers

Strong advantage:

- AI / GenAI / ML experience
- Cybersecurity
- GRC / Risk / Compliance
- AI Governance / Responsible AI / AI Assurance
- Enterprise SaaS
- Experience in banking, healthcare, insurance or other regulated industries

The person we’re looking for

Someone who can

Talk to a CIO → understand the problem → define the product → design the architecture → lead the team → ship it → and go back to the customer to see if it actually works.

You should be entrepreneurial, technically solid, commercially aware and genuinely excited about building products in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
