At CherYsh Trust, we've spent over a decade taking first-generation, rural learners from "I don't have access" to "I can code, I can speak up, I can lead." Since 2011, we've reached 20,000+ children and 200+ families across 97+ After-School Learning Centres — turning digital literacy and grassroots education into real pathways out of the cycle of limited chance.

None of that happens without funding. And funding doesn't happen without someone who can walk into a room (or a Zoom call) with a CSR head from Intel, Mphasis, or Tata Elxsi and make the case for why this work matters.

That someone could be you.

The Role

This isn't a "fetch coffee and update the spreadsheet" internship. You'll sit at the intersection of corporate research, donor storytelling, and government stakeholder engagement — the exact skill set that development-sector, CSR, and social-impact careers are built on. Half strategy, half hustle. You'll research who to talk to, help us build the pitch, and then help make sure the conversation doesn't die in someone's inbox.

If you've ever wondered how NGOs actually get funded — not the mission statements, but the real relationship-building and negotiation behind it — this is a front-row seat.

What You'll Actually Do

- Hunt for opportunity — research CSR companies, donor prospects, foundations, and funding programs that align with our mission
- Help tell our story — co-write proposals, pitch decks, and donor communications that turn impact data into a compelling ask
- Keep the pipeline moving — coordinate meetings,



track follow-ups, and manage our partnership pipeline so no lead goes cold
- Build the backbone — maintain outreach and stakeholder databases that the whole partnerships team relies on

Who We're Looking For

- A student or recent graduate with (or completing) a Master's degree — any specialization; we care more about your hustle than your major. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply too.
- Someone who can research fast, write clearly, and present with confidence
- A genuine interest in CSR, fundraising, and grassroots development — you don't need experience, you need curiosity and follow-through
