- Assisting in listed, unlisted, public, Pvt Ltd, and LLP compliances
- Drafting and maintaining Minutes of Board Meetings, EOGMs, and AGMs
- Assisting & Filing statutory forms (CHG-1, CHG-4, DIR-3 KYC, INC-22, DIR-12, ADT-1, etc .)
- Managing KYC updates for Directors and Web-KYC compliance
- Assisting & maintaining compliance records
- Preparing Scrutinizer’s Reports, Postal Ballots, and Annual Filing documents
- Assisting company changes (Registered Office shifts, Director/Auditor appointments, resignations, and strike-offs)
- Monitoring and updating regulatory changes from ROC,
