Cross-Functional Operations Lead – Solar | Bijlee Solar, Nagpur

Bijlee Solar Pvt. Ltd., a Solar EPC contractor operating across Vidarbha, is looking for a Cross-Functional Operations Lead — the person who connects our Projects, O&M;, Purchase, and HR functions so nothing gets stuck between departments.

Our field execution runs on tight cycles: material planning, purchase order coordination with site stores, MEDA/DISCOM regulatory filings, and monthly compliance deadlines. Right now, keeping these moving across departments depends on informal follow-up. We're hiring someone to own that formally.

What you'll own:

- Coordinate purchase orders and material dispatch between Projects and Stores
- Support MEDA/DISCOM licensing paperwork and net metering approvals alongside our O&M; team




- Own execution of our monthly compliance cycle across departments
- Support HR & Admin on onboarding, documentation, and cross-functional coordination
- Be the person leadership can hand a cross-departmental blocker to and trust it gets resolved

Who should apply:

- Solar/renewable energy industry experience — required
- Background in any of: HR, Purchase/Procurement, or Sales — what matters is that you understand how an EPC company's departments depend on each other
- Solid follow-up and coordination skills — you close loops without needing to be chased
- Based in or willing to relocate to Nagpur
