Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, handle queries, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer interactions and maintain strong client relationships.

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests through calls, email, and WhatsApp.

- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.

- Conduct regular customer and lead follow-ups.

- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and other internal teams.

- Track customer requests and ensure timely resolution.

- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and customer data.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM/MIS reports.

- Monitor customer feedback and work towards improving customer satisfaction.





- Support customer retention and engagement activities.

- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with existing and potential customers.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Solid customer-handling and interpersonal skills.

- Good follow-up and coordination abilities.

- Basic knowledge of CRM software.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

- Customer-oriented and qualified attitude.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Customer Support, Client Relationship, Sales Support, or a similar role preferred.
