Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CRM role based in Coimbatore. The role involves managing and strengthening relationships with policyholders, corporate clients, and healthcare providers to ensure smooth service delivery and high satisfaction levels.

Daily responsibilities include handling customer queries, coordinating with internal teams on claims and policy-related issues, tracking service requests, and ensuring timely resolution.



The CRM professional will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, analyze feedback and service metrics, and support process improvements to enhance customer experience. The role may also include assisting with client onboarding, participating in review meetings, and supporting sales or account management initiatives as needed.

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and client servicing skills.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Sales and negotiation skills to support retention and cross-functional business growth.
- Candidates should possess Project Management and coordination skills to handle multiple stakeholders and tasks.
- Relevant experience in insurance, healthcare, or TPA operations is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment with strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic reporting; familiarity with claims processes is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
