Role Description The Zoho Customer Relationship Management Intern will support the team in managing and optimizing the Zoho CRM platform for HaystackAnalytics. This internship role is based on-site in Navi Mumbai.

Day-to-day responsibilities include updating and maintaining customer records, assisting in data entry and data hygiene, and helping configure workflows, fields, and reports within Zoho CRM.



The intern will collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to track leads, monitor customer interactions, and generate basic performance dashboards. Additional tasks may include documenting CRM processes, supporting user training, and contributing to improvements that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Possess foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management concepts, with interest or experience in Zoho CRM or similar CRM tools.
- Demonstrate strong data handling skills, including accurate data entry, basic data analysis, and attention to detail in maintaining records.
- Exhibit good communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and operations.
- Show capability in basic technical and analytical skills, including comfort with spreadsheets, reporting, and learning current software platforms.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, computer science, business, life sciences, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai and manage tasks with reliability, initiative, and a structured approach.
- An interest in healthcare, genomics, or health technology is beneficial and will help in understanding the company’s products and customers.
