Be the bridge between our clients and the brand. The CRM will ensure every customer receives a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery — maintaining long-term relationships and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers with product selection.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable lighting solutions.
- Look after the end to end sales process.
- Explain product features, pricing, and specifications.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and process sales orders.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and quotations.
- Maintain showroom displays and product presentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch for timely order fulfillment.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
- Update customer records and stay informed about new products and promotions.

Qualifications and qualities:

- 0–4 years of experience in client servicing,



operations, or team coordination.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and close sales effectively.
- Willingness to work adaptable showroom hours, including weekends if required.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi, or Assamese.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
- Proficient in MS Office or CRM tools.

Location: Light Art Studio NH37, near Audi Showroom, Lalmati, Guwahati, Assam. Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 0-4 years (Freshers with relevant project/internship experience are welcome)

Salary: Competitive – as per experience and skill.
