Job Location : Mumbai & Kochi (Kerala)

We are looking for a proactive Crewing Coordinator to manage crew recruitment, documentation, and mobilization for our maritime clients. You will ensure vessels are staffed with qualified seafarers and that all crew movements comply with company, client, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and coordinate seafarers for various vessel types.
- Maintain crew databases and update documentation, certificates, and availability.
- Arrange travel, visas, medicals, and other mobilization requirements.
- Communicate with clients, crew members, and internal teams regarding schedules and placements.
- Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, STCW, and client standards.

Qualifications

- Experience in crew manning or maritime operations preferred.
- Solid coordination and communication skills.
- Knowledge of seafarer documentation and maritime compliance is a plus.
