Role Description The CRM & Email Automation Executive will manage and optimize the company’s CRM system and email marketing workflows to support student outreach and engagement. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves maintaining accurate student data, segmenting contact lists, and setting up automated email campaigns for inquiries, follow-ups, and application updates.

The role includes monitoring campaign performance, generating reports, and collaborating with counseling and marketing teams to improve communication strategies. The executive will also be responsible for troubleshooting CRM or email issues,



ensuring data privacy compliance, and contributing to continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

- Experience with CRM platforms and contact database management, including data entry, segmentation, and workflow automation.
- Skills in email marketing and automation tools, with the ability to design, schedule, and optimize targeted email campaigns.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities, including monitoring campaign performance, tracking KPIs, and providing actionable insights.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and crafting transparent messaging.
- Familiarity with student recruitment, education consulting, or international admissions processes is an advantage.
- Understanding of data protection and email compliance standards (e.g., opt-in practices, unsubscribe management) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
