Role Overview

We are looking for a Credit Risk Analyst who is energetic, adaptable, and passionate about working with clients. The ideal candidate can be a fresher or an experienced professional with robust communication skills and fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle client calls in Hindi, English, and Telugu.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports.
- Evaluate borrower credit profiles and assess repayment capability.
- Conduct KYC verification and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with empathy and professionalism.
- Demonstrate effective communication while handling client interactions.
- Adapt quickly to changing business requirements and processes.




- Manage work pressure effectively and take ownership of responsibilities.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Finance/Management background is an added advantage).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (Mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
