Role & responsibilities :

- Develop, monitor, and update credit lending policies in line with the bank's credit framework.

- Analyze the impact of credit policies and lending programs to support business growth.

- Draft and implement credit policies, process notes, and compliance frameworks.

- Conduct portfolio monitoring, credit analytics, and risk assessment.

- Develop and maintain credit scoring models, scorecards, and perform back-testing.

- Drive process improvement, digitization, and automation initiatives.

- Coordinate with stakeholders on technology and business projects.

- Perform portfolio hindsighting and support policy reviews based on business and regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Candidates having understanding on the Working Capital business processes and currently either in the Credit/Product role would be preferred.

- A master's degree in business administration, CA, finance, or a related field, along with relevant years of experience in banking.

- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to create and process financial spreadsheets.

- Self-driven, solid communication, go-getter attitude and ability to interact with internal stakeholders.
