Role Overview

You will play a key role in supporting consultants and client teams in delivering customer engagement, CRM, and loyalty initiatives . You will be responsible for data analysis, campaign execution, reporting, and insight generation , while learning to translate these into actionable recommendations for business growth.



This role offers exposure to end-to-end marketing consulting and is a stepping stone to becoming a Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Consultants in client engagements, ensuring smooth delivery of projects.
- Analyze customer data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
- Assist in developing CRM and loyalty program strategies .
- Execute and track multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, digital, in-store).
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal and client use.
- Collaborate with analytics, technology, and creative teams for integrated solutions.
- Stay updated on marketing, CRM, and loyalty industry trends.

Skills & Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics, CRM, loyalty, or campaign management .
- Solid analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools .
- Exposure to marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, WebEngage, etc.) preferred.
