Credit Card Sales Officer

- Handle credit card sales for HDFC Bank.

- Manage both branch walk-ins and telecalling activities.

- Interact with customers visiting the branch and understand their requirements.

- Explain credit card features, perks, eligibility, and application process.

- Generate and convert leads through telecalling.

- Follow up with prospective customers and assist them throughout the application process.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and maximize credit card conversions.

- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

- Provide professional customer service and resolve basic queries.
