About the Role

We’re looking for a Creator Partnerships Executive to join our team and work closely with creators across influencer marketing campaigns. The role involves creator discovery, outreach, negotiations, coordination, and ensuring smooth campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Discover and shortlist relevant creators based on brand campaign briefs
- Research creators across Instagram and other social media platforms
- Reach out to creators and manage creator communications
- Negotiate commercials and campaign deliverables
- Coordinate with creators throughout the campaign lifecycle
- Manage content timelines, approvals and deliverables
- Maintain and update creator databases and campaign sheets
- Track campaign progress and ensure timely execution




- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators
- Support campaign reporting and post-campaign requirements

What We’re Looking For:

- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media or a related field
- Good understanding of the influencer and creator ecosystem
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good research and coordination abilities
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets/Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns
- Proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
