Role OverviewWe are looking for a Creator-Led Acquisition & Growth Lead to build and scale Permea’s paid-influencer and Meta Partnership Ads engine.

You will own creator sourcing, commercials, ad rights and performance. You will work with the Brand Lead on content and with our performance agency to amplify winning creator assets.

You do not need to operate Meta Ads yourself, but must understand CAC, ROAS and contribution margin well enough to make commercial decisions.

Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Influencers & Partnership Ads

- Build a reliable pipeline of skincare and beauty creators whose content can scale through Partnership Ads.
- Source creators, negotiate commercials and ad rights, and manage relationships with creators, talent managers and agencies.
- Work with the Brand Lead on creator briefs and content approvals.
- Track creator-level spend, revenue, CAC and ROAS to improve selection and scale winning partnerships.

Commercial Growth





- Drive D2C revenue while maintaining CAC and contribution-margin discipline.
- Manage the performance agency across media budgets, campaign execution and reporting.

Ecommerce & Retention

- Own the commercial performance of Permea’s Shopify website, including conversion, offers and customer journey.
- Work with the CRM resource to improve retention and repeat purchase.
- Support marketplace launches as Permea expands.

- Partnership Ads become a scalable and profitable acquisition channel.
- D2C revenue grows with contribution-margin discipline.

- Who We Are Looking For

- Experience managing large paid-influencer campaigns for a beauty, skincare or personal-care brand.
- Evidence of generating measurable revenue through paid influencers and Partnership Ads.
- Strong creator sourcing, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Understanding of CAC, ROAS, contribution margin and ecommerce performance.
- Comfortable managing agencies and taking ownership of commercial outcomes.

We care more about proven results, judgment and ownership than a fixed number of years of experience.
