About the Role

NS Ventures is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Script Writer to develop engaging video content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling skills, excellent English writing abilities, and experience creating scripts for promotional videos, brand films, YouTube, and social media.

Experience in Real Estate, Architecture, Construction, Hospitality, Interior Design, or related industries will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Write engaging scripts for promotional videos, brand films, corporate videos, and project showcases.
- Develop scripts for YouTube videos, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms.
- Create compelling voice-over scripts, narrations, and video storytelling concepts.
- Develop scripts for educational, explainer, testimonial, event, and campaign-based content.
- Research projects, industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to develop relevant content.
- Convert complex information into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand video narratives.
- Ensure scripts are factually accurate and aligned with the company's brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with content creators, video editors, designers, videographers, and marketing teams.
- Participate in creative brainstorming and content planning sessions.
- Revise and refine scripts based on feedback and project requirements.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Required Skills

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong storytelling,



creative writing, and content development abilities.
- Prior experience in writing video scripts and voice-over content.
- Good understanding of video structure, pacing, hooks, and audience engagement.
- Strong research, editing, grammar, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to write content in a professional yet engaging tone.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a creative team.

Preferred Qualifications

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Script Writing, Content Writing, Creative Writing, or Video Content Production.
- Experience in Real Estate, Architecture, Construction, Hospitality, Interior Design, or related industries is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of video production and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of YouTube content optimization and social media content strategy is an advantage.
