About the Role

This role is responsible for conceptualising, planning, and producing engaging video and visual content that communicates EPIA’s mission and services across social media platforms.

You should be someone who can take an idea from concept → shoot → edit → design → publish, and has a strong instinct for what makes people stop scrolling and engage.

What You’ll Do

- Conceptualise fresh ideas for Reels, videos, campaigns and social media content
- Independently shoot and edit short-form video content
- Create engaging hooks, formats and visual concepts rather than simply following a content calendar
- Shoot interviews, founder-led content, educational videos, behind-the-scenes content, events and testimonials
- Create social media graphics, carousels, stories and other visual assets
- Manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
- Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar
- Write/adapt captions and package content appropriately for different platforms
- Track content performance and use insights to continuously improve what we create
- Maintain a clean, contemporary and premium visual identity across content
- Support longer-form video and podcast production, including shooting and editing

What We’re Looking For

- A strong portfolio of Reels/videos that you have personally shot and edited
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels and short-form content
- Good visual and storytelling instincts
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar
- Ability to create positive-quality graphics using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools
- Comfortable shooting independently on a smartphone and/or DSLR/mirrorless camera
- Ability to take ownership of content rather than waiting for detailed briefs




- Awareness of social media trends without blindly following every trend
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment

Bonus If You Have

- Experience growing a brand or social media account, with results you can demonstrate
- Experience shooting on a DSLR or mirrorless camera
- Your own camera/equipment
- Photography experience
- Experience setting up, shooting or editing podcasts
- Experience with After Effects, motion graphics or more advanced video editing
- Experience creating content for healthcare, wellness, lifestyle or premium consumer brands

Compensation Range: 25000 to 35000 per month based on skills and experience.
