Looking for a sharp, experienced Creative Producer to join a rapid-growing luxury jewellery brand The role involves:
- Pressure-testing briefs and PPM decks
- Building and interrogating production budgets from scratch
- Managing agencies across pre-production to final delivery
- Owning execution quality across social, retail, website, launch, and special project videos
- Spotting execution gaps before they become expensive mistakes
- Building strong systems and workflows between creative and production teams
What we’re looking for
- 8+ years in creative/video production
- Experience across fashion, luxury, beauty, entertainment, advertising, or digital content
- Strong command over shoot budgets, crew costing, production planning, and agency management
- Someone calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and highly detail-driven
