We are looking for a creative, confident, and dynamic Content Writer cum Anchor cum Media Head who can take ownership of content creation, media planning, on-camera presentation, and overall content execution.

The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, excellent communication abilities, a confident on-camera presence, creative thinking, and the ability to lead and coordinate media activities from concept to publishing.

Key Responsibilities

Content Writing & Creative Development

- Create engaging and high-quality content for social media, websites, campaigns, advertisements, and promotional activities.
- Write scripts, captions, hooks, storytelling content, promotional copy, and video concepts.
- Develop fresh and innovative content ideas based on brand objectives and target audiences.
- Research current trends, audience interests, competitors, and relevant topics to identify new content opportunities.
- Develop creative concepts for Reels, short-form videos, interviews, campaigns, and social media content.

Anchoring & On-Camera Presentation
- Act as an anchor/presenter for Reels, promotional videos, interviews, events, and other media productions.
- Deliver scripts naturally and confidently on camera.
- Participate in voice-overs, interviews, acting, product/service presentations, and promotional videos as required.
- Represent the company and its clients professionally during shoots and media activities.

Media Planning & Execution
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars and media schedules.
- Coordinate shoots, including concept development, scripting, scheduling, production, editing, approvals, and publishing.
- Ensure content is delivered and published according to the approved schedule.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors, graphic designers, influencers, artists,



clients, and other production resources.
- Maintain proper records of content, media files, shoot schedules, approvals, and publishing status.
- Media Team Coordination & Leadership
- Lead and coordinate the Media & Content Team and ensure smooth day-to-day execution.
- Assign and follow up on content-related tasks with team members.
- Support team members with ideas, scripts, creative direction, and execution.
- Coordinate with Digital Marketing, Graphic Designing, Web Development, Branding, Marketing, and Business Development teams.
- Ensure effective communication between departments for campaign and client requirements.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure assigned work is completed on time.Content Performance & Improvement
- Monitor content performance, including reach, views, engagement, audience response, and growth.
- Support monthly content performance analysis and reporting.
- Identify gaps in content performance and implement improvements.
- Experiment with new formats, trends, hooks, storytelling styles, and publishing strategies.
- Stay updated with social media trends and emerging content formats.

Brand & Quality Management
- Ensure all content follows approved brand guidelines, tone of voice, quality standards, and client requirements.
- Review content before publishing to maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality.




- Take responsibility for the timely and successful execution of assigned media activities.
- Identify new collaborations, campaigns, creative opportunities, and media concepts that can support company and client growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent Malayalam and English writing skills

Robust verbal communication and presentation skills

Confident and engaging on-camera presence

Experience in content writing, anchoring, media, or social media content creation

Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills

Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and short-form video content

Knowledge of current social media trends and content formats

Ability to write engaging scripts, captions, hooks, and promotional content

Strong coordination, leadership, and team-management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Professional attitude with strong ownership and responsibility

Preferred

- Experience in digital marketing, advertising, media production, or branding
- Previous experience as an anchor, presenter, content creator, or media executive
- Comfortable participating in regular video shoots and promotional campaigns
- Basic understanding of video production and editing workflows
