Role Description The Creative Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Surat, responsible for shaping and communicating MaaDico Wellness’s brand story across various platforms. This role involves developing creative concepts, planning and executing campaigns, and creating written and visual content that reflects the brand’s focus on traditional wellness and natural living.

The Creative

Specialist will collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to refine brand messaging, support product launches, and maintain consistent branding.



Day-to-day tasks include drafting copy for digital and print materials, contributing to social media content, brainstorming new ideas for brand engagement, and ensuring all communications align with brand values and guidelines.

Qualifications

- Solid Creativity Skills and a proven ability to generate original, engaging ideas across multiple formats.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills, with the capacity to adapt tone and style for different audiences and channels.
- Experience in Creative Strategy and Branding, including developing and implementing cohesive brand narratives and campaigns.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work on-site in Surat on a full-time basis.
- Familiarity with wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brands is an advantage, as is experience with digital and social media content creation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Design, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
