We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect to assist our Creative Director in developing and executing architectural design concepts. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, a good understanding of architectural design, and adequate technical proficiency in drafting and design software.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Creative Director with architectural design development and project coordination.
- Prepare basic architectural drawings and design presentations.
- Develop and modify drawings using AutoCAD.
- Support concept development, design documentation, and presentation preparation.
- Assist with 3D modelling and basic visualisation when required.
- Coordinate design information and communicate effectively with the internal team.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and attention to detail in all design deliverables.
- Stay updated with current architectural design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Explore and incorporate AI tools into the design and creative workflow.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interest and understanding of architectural design and creative development.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural drafting.
- Working knowledge of one or more of the following:
- SketchUp
- Revit
- 3ds Max
- Exposure to AI tools and AI-assisted design workflows is an advantage.
- Good presentation, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work closely with a Creative Director and adapt to a fast-paced creative environment.
